DAY 8 – Merhaba, arkadaşlar! 👋
The Farmont Foundation presents…
Hot Weather, Hot Food, Hot Takes.
We started our final day with an unexpected morning ceremony featuring unicorns, tea, and self-made tattoos. After that, we set sail for the very last time, waved Rasmus goodbye, and arrived back in Finike. Once we had cleaned the Marleene until she sparkled, we ended our day with a “last supper” and some final life lessons from Andreas.
Today’s hot takes include:
🔹 There’s nothing like spilling hot tea into cold seawater ☕️
🔹 Only one winner earns the water gun crown 🔫👑
🔹 People are polyamorous because they’re insecure
🔹 People are monogamous because they’re insecure
🔹 Visiting the Eiffel Tower is on Fergan’s bucket list
🔹 Are you truly rich if your boat doesn’t have custom-made plates? 💸
🔹 Too much meat will push you toward vegetarianism
🔹 Cats are stealing our jobs — even harbour manager positions
🔹 Andreas’ wisdom is sometimes hidden in his lyrics, just like Bob Dylan
🔹 Turns out green oranges really never turn orange… 🍋🍊
This has been a once-in-a-lifetime experience — from spotting shooting stars while floating in a Mediterranean bay to singing Bob Dylan with Andreas on the guitar. We are incredibly grateful to have shared this journey and formed these connections with one another.
We take home countless memories and learnings — from setting sails in low wind, to prototyping global solutions, to overcoming static mindsets in favour of personal growth.
Thank you so much to Milena, Andreas, and Angelika — and until next time! ⚓️🛶🌞
