Day 3 – Ghost bay 

For the third day of travel along the Turkish coast we anchored the boat at Ghost Bay / Ceneviz. Sailing into the bay felt surreal: the mountains in the background faded into the sky. After swimming in it’s clear blue water we shared a well deserved home made pasta by our Italian chef (Mattia) and started the series of key note speeches with Lisa on the themes of nationalism, rule of law and enlargement. The brave French girl went swimming in the dark along with many small fishes in the water. We ended the day looking at the stars which made us reflect about our minuscule position in this world. It was fascinating to think that we were looking at the same stars that millennia of generations before us looked at as well.
